JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Manoj Agarwal Advocate on behalf of the applicant Ajay Kumar pertaining to F.I.R. No. 246/2009 at police station Pragpura, District Jaipur Rural, in the offences under Sections 19/54 of Rajastan Excise Act.
