JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of cr. P. C. by Shri Sanjay Kumar Sharma, advocate on behalf of the petitioners pertaining to F. I. R. No. 252/2009 of police station Sadar, District Jhalawar in the offence under Section 379 of IPC.

(2.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the learned Public prosecutor for the State and perused the material on record.
