JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Shashi Shekhar Advocate on behalf of the applicant Netrapal @ Kunal Choudhary @ Neta pertaining to F.I.R. No. 38/2007 at police station Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur, in the offence under Section 392 of IPC.
