JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Shri P.S. Sirohi Advocate on behalf of the applicant Aklesh Meena pertaining to F.I.R. No. 121/2008 at police station Mansarover, Jaipur, in the offence under Section 379 of IPC.

(2.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the material on record.

(3.) HOWEVER, keeping in view the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of two months.
