JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Neeraj K. Tiwari Advocate on behalf of the applicant Giriraj Saxena in FIR No. 296/99 of police station A.C.B. Jaipur in the offence under Section 13(1)(D)(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 read with Section 467, 468, 471, 477-A and 120-B of IPC.

(2.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the material on record.

(3.) IN the result, the bail petition filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of the accused-petitioner Giriraj Saxena stands dismissed.
