JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner had participated in the selection process initiated by the respondents for the post of Prabodhak included in the Schedule appended to the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Prabodhak Service Rules, 2008 vide advertisement dt. 31/05/2008 but as alleged he was not considered for appointment on the premise that the teaching experience certificate annexed by him was from outside the State of Rajasthan which was not considered to be a valid teaching experience by the respondent-State at the relevant point of time.

(2.) COUNSEL for respondents Mr. NA Naqvi, AAG, on instructions, submits that even such applicants, who have obtained teaching experience certificate from outside the State, are also considered to be eligible and they have been permitted to participate in the process of selection subject to their overall suitability and verification of the experience certificate annexed. That liberty is always available with the respondents to verify the experience certificate annexed by the petitioner along with application form.
