JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of third bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Abhijeet Sharma Advocate on behalf of the applicant Jogendra pertaining to F.I.R. No. 237/2009 of Police Station Chidawa District Jhunjhunu, in the offences under Sections 482 of IPC and Section 136 and 137 of Electricity Act.
