SUNDAR Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of cr. P. C. by Mr. Ravi Shankar Sharma Advocate on behalf of the applicant Sundar pertaining to f. I. R. No. 425/2009 at police station Kotputali, jaipur Rural, Jaipur, in the offences under sections 454, 354, 376/511 of IPC.

(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner as also learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the relevant material available on record.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner has canvassed that the police after completion of investigation has filed the charge-sheet in the court against the petitioner. He has been in custody for quite a long time and the case is pending trial, which is likely to take time, as such, he may be granted indulgence of bail.
