JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THE accused-petitioner was convicted for the commission of offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and was sentenced to undergo six months simple imprisonment, with a fine of Rs. 2,20,000/-, in default of payment of fine, she has to further undergo two months additional imprisonment.

(3.) THE relief claimed in this miscellaneous petition is only about the condition of deposition of money, as imposed by the Appellate Court, but as the amount has already been deposited, the learned counsel does not wants to press this point.
