JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Abdul Kalam Khan Advocate on behalf of the applicant Jagdish pertaining to F.I.R. No. 06/09 registered at police station Simliya, Kota, in the offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC.
