JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) THIS appeal has been preferred on behalf of appellant-injured for enhancement of compensation awarded by the learned Motor accident Claims Tribunal-cum-Raj. Cooperative Tribunal, Jaipur vide judgment dated 3. 1. 2000 whereby a total sum of rs. 13,500/- was awarded by way of compensation for 4% disability sustained on account of injury caused in the accident.

(3.) THE challenge in the appeal pertains to quantum of compensation only.
