(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Sudhir Jain Advocate on behalf of the applicant Kishan Singh pertaining to F.I.R. No. 320/2009 registered at Police Station Bansur, District Alwar in the offence under Section 379 of IPC.
