JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) The petitioner is aggrieved against the Order dt. 04.12.2009 and submits that since the petitioner is working on the post at Sub-canter Nahali (Gadi) and yet one another person-respondent No. 3 has been transferred to this post from Sub-canter Nagawada (Bagidora). This transfer has been made on request.

(3.) Since the petitioner has not been asked to leave the post and has not been transferred and her working is not disturbed, therefore, the petitioner has no grievance.
