JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is second appeal by the appellant-tenants against the concurrent judgment and decree of eviction.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the appellants does not press this appeal on merits and prays for reasonable time for handing over the vacant possession of the suit shop to the respondent-landlords.

(3.) DURING the course of arguments, counsel for the parties have agreed for granting time to the appellanttenants upto 31/8/2012 for vacation of the suit shop and it has been further agreed that from 1/9/2009 the appellant-tenants shall pay Rs. 1100/- per month for use and occupation of the suit shop till vacant is handed over.
