JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order governs the disposal of bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. by Mr. Sanjay Shrivastava Advocate on behalf of the applicant Brijesh pertaining to criminal case No. 706/1994 pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, No.1, Jaipur District, Jaipur in the offences under Sections 147, 451 and 323 of IPC.

(2.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the relevant material available on record. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.
