JUDGEMENT

(1.) Application under Order 13 Rule 2 CPC was disallowed by the trial Court by order dated 19.5.98, hence this revision,

(2.) I have heard the learned counsels for both the parties.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the document was very much relevant being a copy of the written statement filed by the defendant in another case where the plea was taken that the Tehsildar was not authorised to allot the land. According to him in the present case the document is very relevant and should have been allowed to be taken on record.
