BHAGWANA RAM & ANOTHER Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The accused appellants were tried by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ratangarh in Sessions Case No. 67/92 for offences under Sections 452, 302, 302/34 and 323 I.PC. (2.) All the sentences were directed to run concurrently.

(3.) Being aggrieved by their conviction and passing of sentences against them, the accused appellants have preferred this appeal.
