JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the non-petitioner No. 2.

(2.) This petition u/S. 482, Cr. P.C. is directed against the order dated 9th May, 96 passed by the Civil Judge (Jr. Division) and Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sri Ganganagar, whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate took cognizance of the offences u/Ss. 498-A and 496, IPC and directed the issue of bailable warrants against the petitioners, namely, Ashvini Kumar, Smt. Renu, Madan Lal and Ram Kumar.
