JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD and perused the case diary submitted for my perusal. It is alleged against the accused that he has inflicted six injuries to one Abdul Karim with a sword and one of the injury was reported to be grevious.

(2.) THE contention of Mr. Bohra is that this man has attacked the complainant four times and if he is released on bail, he is likely to kill the complainant.
