JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has preferred this misc. petition under section 482 of Cr.P.C., 1973 claiming the following relief: -

It is an admitted position that the vehicle in question has been transferred on 4.2013] whereas transferee-Anil Mundara had resigned from the Company on 11.201 It is apparent on the face of record that such transfer of vehicle in question in favour of the petitioner could not have been made under the signature of Anil Mundara, particularity when the vehicle in question was belonging to the Company.

(3.) In light of aforesaid facts, the impugned order are justified and the dismissal of the petitioner's revision petition on the same ground is well reasoned. Hence, no interference is called for in this petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. However, this dismissal shall not prejudice the petitioners' independent civil right to claim the ownership of the vehicle.
