RAKE SH & ANR Vs. STATE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ramkesh son of Sukhchand, Bharat Lal son of Rahacha @ Radheyshyam and Smt. Angoori wife of Ramkesh residents of Sitod, District Swaimadhopur, were tried by the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Gangapurcity. The said court vide impugned judgment dated 21.9.1995, acquitted Bharat Lal for offence under Section 307 IPC, however, the trial court came to conclusion that Ramkesh and his wife Angoori are guilty of offence under Section 307 IPC.

(2.) Having convicted the appellants for the above said offence, the trial Judge vide a separate order of even date, sentenced the appellants as under:-
