JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the material on record.

(2.) The petitioner through this writ petition has approached this Court for challenging the demand notice Annexure-4 dated 13.8.2013 which was issued by the respondent Kotak Mahendra Bank Ltd. under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act.

(3.) The writ petition is pending for the last four years and stay is operating in favour of the petitioner.
