JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present appeals are filed by the claimants to assail the correctness of the order dated 22.06.2015 passed under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicles Act awarding an interim award by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhilwara in Claim Case No.240/2012 and 242/2012.

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the observation made in the order dated 22.06.2015 may influence the Court/Tribunal while passing the final award in the matter.

(3.) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he will be satisfied if the observations made in the order dated 22.06.2015 shall not influence the Court/Tribunal while passing the final award.
