JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayers:

(2.) The controversy in question arose during the selection process for the post of Teacher Grade-III initiated vide advertisement dated 25.02.2012. Admittedly, the petitioner who was Graduate while filling her application form only gave her marks and document of Senior Secondary. The fact of the petitioner being a Graduate was indicated by her but however, before the recruitment process could be completed, the petitioner brought the Graduation done by her to the notice of the respondents. The Graduation is admittedly, completed on 20.06.2010 before initiation of the selection process in question.
