JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 6.4.2018 passed by the Additional District Judge, Anoopgarh, Sriganganagar ('the First Appellate Court'), whereby, the appeal filed by the appellant against the judgment and decree dated 23.5.2012 passed by the Presiding Officer, Gram Nayalaya, Anoopgarh, Sriganganagar ('the trial court') has been rejected.

(2.) The appellant - plaintiff filed a suit for eviction based on provisions contained under Section 13 of the Rajasthan Premises Control of Rent and Eviction Act, 1950 ('the Act of 1950') on the ground of default and bonafide necessity.

(3.) The suit was contested by the defendants.
