JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this miscellaneous bail application under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C., 1973

(2.) F.I.R. No.84/2018 was registered at Police Station G.R.P., Ajmer for offence under Sections 8/18, 8/29 NDPS Act.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The person who is named in the F.I.R. is resident of Sangru, whereas, petitioner is the resident of Bhatinda. One Ajay who is resident of Sangru has been made accused on the basis of statement of Ramprasad. Main accused from whom less than commercial quantity of contraband was recovered has been enlarged on bail.
