JUDGEMENT

(1.) At the motion stage on 19th June, 2018, an interim order was made ex parte while issuing notice to the respondent-University.

(2.) Despite service none appeared on behalf of the respondents, and therefore, Mr. Ajeet Maloo, Advocate, also representing the respondent-University in some of the matters was directed to accept notice and complete his instructions on 3rd October, 2018.

(3.) Mr. Ajeet Maloo, Advocate, submits that though service has been effected but the matter has been entrusted to some other counsel. Neither any counsel nor any representative appeared on behalf of the respondent-University.
