(1.) This appeal has been filed with delay of 5 days. Application No. 1945/2018 under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed seeking condonation of delay in filing of the appeal.

(2.) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Delay of 5 days in filing of the appeal is condoned.
