JUDGEMENT

(1.) These are cross appeals against the judgment dated 24.08.2017 passed by the learned Judge Family Court, Jhunjhunu. The grievance of the wife is to the decree of divorce granted in favour of the husband. The grievance of the husband is to permanent alimony granted to the wife in sum of Rs.5 lacs, exercising power under Section 25 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by the learned Judge, Family Court.

(2.) We have heard learned counsel for the parties and have perused the trial Court record.

(3.) We first decide the appeal filed by the wife against the impugned judgment.
