SANGEETA Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners herein have preferred this writ petition, in sum and substance, for the following reliefs :-

(2.) The petitioners herein earlier belong to OBC category and now they belong to More Backward Category (MBC). They participated in selection process of Teacher Grade-III Level-II pursuant to advertisement dated 06.7.2016 in their respective subjects.

(3.) Due to intervention of Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in D.B. Civil Special Appeal (W) No.1464/2016 - Sher Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., the forms had to be second time filled/ updated in view of amended notice dated 11.9.2017. The petitioners herein amended/updated their forms accordingly. The MBC category candidates were required to submit third time their updations/filling form on or before 01.01.2018 by virtue of letter dated 25.12.2017 (Annex.7).
