SHER MOHD Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has preferred this criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., 1973 against the order dated 24.1.2017 passed by learned Special Judicial Magistrate (N.I. Act Cases), Chittorgarh whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 427 Cr.P.C., 1973 for making concurrent the sentences awarded to him in various cases. The said order was affirmed in revision vide order dated 21.3.2018.

(2.) Learned counsel for the parties fairly concede that the present case is squarely covered by the decision rendered in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No. 2883/2014 Rajender Kabra v. State of Rajasthan decided on 17.02.2017.
