BHOMSINGH Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused-petitioners have laid these two separate second bail applications under Section 439 Cr.P.C. arising out of common FIR No.54/2017, registered at Police Station Devgarh, District Pratapgarh, therefore, both are heard together and disposed of by a common order.

(2.) In the FIR aforesaid, petitioners are charged for offence punishable under Section 8 / 15 of the NDPS Act.

(3.) On behalf of petitioners, earlier a joint bail application bearing No.8182/2017 was filed but the same was dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh after submission of charge- sheet in the matter.
