(2.) Impugned judgment dated 26.02.2018 has disposed of respondent's application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

(3.) Appellant has sued for divorce on ground of cruelty and desertion. Opposing the petition the respondent has sought restitution of conjugal rights.
