JUDGEMENT

(1.) These criminal misc. petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C. have been preferred claiming the following reliefs:

The aforequoted prayer clauses indicate that the present FIR bearing No.532 dated 26.12.2012 is pending investigation against the petitioners at Police Station CPS ACB, Jaipur for the offences under Sections 13(1)(d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

(3.) Since there is similitude in the controversy involved in all these misc. petitions, therefore, they have been heard together and are being decided by this common judgment.
