JUDGEMENT

(1.) Matter comes up on an application for impleadment of the applicants as party in this contempt petition.

(2.) Having perused the application and having heard the counsel for the applicants, I am of the considered view that a contempt petition is a matter between the petitioner and the Court. The application for impleadment is completely misdirected as the applicants can have no interest in the contempt petition and is accordingly dismissed.

(3.) Heard counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Addl. SP, Dudu for the respondents.
