JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred claiming the following reliefs:

In bare essentials, the facts of this case, as noticed by this Court, are that the petitioner was selected as Constable in the Rajasthan Police against the vacancy for the year 2005-2006 and was posted as Police Constable at District Rajsamand by the respondent No. 3 vide order dated 11.04.2006, which is Annexure- 1 of the writ petition.

(3.) The petitioner applied for four days' leave on 02.01.2008, and while the same was sanctioned, the petitioner proceeded on leave.
