JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Joint Inspection report submitted by Mr. S.L. Songara counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Shyam Arya, AAG reads as under:-

The Government Official will look into the matter and give proper treatment to the suggestions given by the counsel and if they found any lapse, appropriate action will be taken against the erring officer/s. The petition stands disposed of. Writ Petition Disposed of as above.
