JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have preferred this writ petition under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, claiming the following reliefs:

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a proper party and would be fruitful in adjudicating the suit as he is the son of tenant-defendant.

(3.) Learned counsel for the respondent has opposed the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that the suit is for eviction and is directly between the owner and tenant. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the respondent is owner and the petitioner's father is the tenant therefore, no other parties required to be impleaded for adjudication of the suit.
