(1.) The present petition has been filed by petitioners Ratan Singh and Smt. Rajjo Bai parents of Mangal Singh petitioner to SBCRLMP No. 4505/2018.

(3.) Today vide a separate order, this Court in SBCRLMP No. 4505/2018 has quashed FIR No.08/2016 registered at Police Station Tijara, Alwar for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 IPC.
