JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) The fight is between two Unions. The issue is: which is the Union of the employees of Nei Industries Limited which has to be recognised as representative of the workmen.

(3.) The labour Commissioner directed vide order dated 12.03.2015 to resolve the issue by a secret ballot. The same has been set-aside by the learned Single Judge.
