JUDGEMENT

(1.) All the above-mentioned writ petitions shall stand decided by this common order as the issue involved is identical.

(2.) The writ petitions have been filed against the impugned notices issued under Section 91 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act.

(3.) While praying for quashing of the impugned notice, the argument of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the Tehsildar straight away arrived at the spot to demolish the construction in pursuance to the impugned notice issued under Section 91 without considering their reply and without passing any appropriate order.
