BABU LAL Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this common order, S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition Nos.7693/2018 preferred by Babu Lal and his sons Lokendra and Satish and wife Kadi Devi, shall be decided along with S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.7711/2018 filed by Babu Lal and his son Lokendra, and S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.7838/2018 preferred by petitioner Babu Lal.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is a dispute pending with the complainant over to passage and as a result of the said dispute complainant party has lodged following three FIRs against the petitioners:-

Not only petitioner-Babu Lal and his family members are named as accused in the above said three FIRS lodged by the complainant but Kadi Devi wife of the petitioner-Babu Lal has also lodged FIR No. 547/2018 dated 16.10.2018 registered at Police Station Bhusawar, District Bharatpur, against opposite party for offences under Sections 143, 323, 341, 379, 354 and 504 IPC.
