JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred claiming the following reliefs:

Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the petitioner applied for the post of Teacher Grade III (Level II) in pursuance of the advertisement dated 24.0201 The petitioner participated in the selection process from Zila Parishad, Sirohi and claimed such appointment for the Subject of Social Studies.

(3.) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the petitioner has attempted question No.47, which is contained in Annexure-3 of the writ petition and the said question reads as under:-
