JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the appellants.

(2.) Perused the judgment and order dated 16.01.2018. The appellants were appointed either as computer operator or para- medics by Medicare Relief Society formed by the State of Rajasthan for the Mukhyamantri BPL Jeevan Raksha Kosh Yojna. The appointment was on contract basis and continued on year to year basis because of budgetary allocation for the scheme.

(3.) Various health schemes in the State of Rajasthan are being implemented under the broad purview of the National Health Mission.
