JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed these bail applications under section 439 of Cr.P.C., 1973

(2.) F.I.R. No. 363/2017 was registered at Police Station Ashok Nagar, Jaipur for offence under Sections 420 I.P.C. in Bail Application No. 196/2018. The allegation in the FIR is that accused-petitioner has entered into a lease-agreement of a property of which he is not the owner and has taken money from the lessee.

(3.) F.I.R. No. 290/2017 was registered at Police Station Ashok Nagar, Jaipur for offence under Sections 306 I.P.C. The allegation in the FIR is that petitioner's wife committed suicide as it was abated by the petitioner.
