JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this appeal, a challenge is made to the order dated 11.7.2017 passed on an application under Order 7, Rule 11 Code of Civil Procedure filed by the appellant.

(2.) The application was filed to challenge the proceedings of Sec. 19 of Hindu AdoptionsMaintenance Act, 1956 (in short the 'Act of 1956'). It is filed against the mother-in-law and brother-in-law. The application under Sec. 19 of the Act of 1956 is maintainable only against father-in-law.

(3.) In view of the above, application under Order 7, Rule 11 Code of Civil Procedure should have been allowed.
