JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) It is settled law that a judicial decision is pronounced with reference to the pleadings of the parties.

(3.) Case of the workman before the industrial fora was that two workmen named Ramvrakash and Mohan Lal who were junior to the workman were given pay in the scale ??3400-5200 on rendering 9 years service. The grievance was the workman being placed in the pay scale of ??2650-4000. The workman did not plead on what basis pay scale of ??3400-5200 was his entitlement, save and accept by pleading with reference to similarly situated workmen who were junior to him.
