(1.) The petitioners have preferred this writ petition under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, claiming the following reliefs:
(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the issues raised by him in the pleadings have not been dealt with by the learned courts below.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the suit is for a perpetual injunction against the respondentdefendants on the ground that they possessed the plot at Village Aamliyala in Khasra No.230. The claim of the plaintiffs is that they were long in possession of the land in question and had water and electricity connections also. The ownership certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat was also one of the foundations being claimed by the petitioner.
