JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal for enhancement of compensation is directed against the judgment and award dated 13.08.2007 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Additional District Judge), Beawar, (for short 'the Tribunal'), whereby, the tribunal has awarded a sum of Rs. 5,12,000/- as compensation along with interest @ 6% per annum.

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that the tribunal committed an error in awarding lesser compensation. The tribunal has not awarded any amount towards future prospects of the deceased.

(3.) I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and have perused the material available on record.
