JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred claiming the following reliefs:

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the controversy is covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in Sita Ram & Anr. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S. B. Civil Writ Petition No. 14476/2017 decided on 01. 0 2018), which reads as under:
